Food For Thought #1

Would you rather enjoy all your favorite treats on a regular basis and do minimal exercise and movement and die at 50? Or would you rather restrict your indulgences to an occasional basis and get out and move your body and live to enjoy life to 100 or more?

You see being a healthy person isn't about being deprived and overworked it is about planned indulgences and strategic,effective work, celebrating your body and all it can do. If you are careful you can actually pack in twice as much fun and enjoyment into a long life as you could in a short life filled with reaching for every whim. Not to mention with the indulgent life you would be living the last few years of your life in pain and misery.
